Its Maliaka.
I love Angelique!!!!!!!!!!
Ah…..
Gr8 song! The best choice
one word: clarity. one could also add purity, reverence, and peace.
Love this, my children sent me to see her at Disney Hall here in LA on my 50th birthday this year! She’s a PHENOMENA!!!!!
This woman blew it out of the water! She’s one of the most talented African artists. All the African artists were absolutely amazing! They pulled out all the stops & made me proud to be African! And to think that she wasn’t even one of the 1st artists picked.
foi perfeito amo angeliqui kidjo
@mtafiti Ok, thanks
@Maamemercy Malaika.
A Angelique Kidjo Canta muito bem
i like the way she has improved on her Swahili, at least i am giving her a 60%. Angelique, love ya.

Use to sing this song when I was a little girl, GREAT AFRICAN SONG !
Leah Tunkara
She is the reigning queen of African music – I love Angelique Kidjo.
First song is an old Kenyan song but the late Fadhili William. Its not Kidjo’s song
@wairi2008 with respect, I do not think that i can work this way. I’m European. My forefathers used to think about themselves like you do today. It brought a lot of pain to the world – in the case of Europeans the racism and overemphasis on a merely logical approach to all and everything.
I do agree, though, that many Africans had to go through so much tribulations that it made them survivors and heros…so celebrate, Johannesburg.
@nevernohijab Yup all races have there strengths but Africans have more.
@wairi2008 est
@lebengm No, you are right. Plus she is better, more vitality, more spontaneousness, more feeling…(less plastic)
@wairi2008 guess we need to learn that each race has their special strength to contribute to mankind…
@lovelytiti Yup unbelievable you know what they say about us africans we age very very very well compared to other races.We are the best and we rock in strength and love.
